Work Related Anxiety

I am really pleased to have contributed to the Mental Health Monday series. Work related stress and anxiety is a common area people seek support with. It can range from Sunday night dread to impacting on people’s ability to work as well affecting their home life. 

In addition to working with individuals experiencing workplace stress I can also work with employers to support their employees and set up positive mental health practices.
